    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations, including counter operations, international logistics, stock management, procurement, order fulfilment, manufacturing support, and project planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Counter Operations: Interacting with fitters, boiler shop, customers, suppliers, and couriers, preparing delivery and goods received notes.
    • International Logistics: Checking in and receiving overseas shipments, creating labels for new items.
    • Stock Management: Documenting and allocating stock issues, performing stocktake reconciliations and variance checks, managing stock receipts.
    • Procurement: Purchasing stock and non-stock items, handling supplier invoices and buyout costs, meeting supplier deadlines, liaising with suppliers for product availability.
    • Order Fulfilment: Picking items for various needs, packing and arranging courier bookings for sales orders.
    • Managing allocations, timesheets, and job tracking, manufacturing items into stock, updating BOMs.
    • Project Planning: Planning new installations and projects, loading job estimates, meeting end-of-month deadlines.
    • General Duties: Organizing and maintaining the store layout, conducting stock reconciliations, monthly checks, managing variances.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience with Accpac.
