- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Fluid Control Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years proven experience in a sales support role within the fluid control or hydraulic industry
- Strong technical knowledge of fluid control systems and hydraulic components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with external sales representatives to understand customer requirements and provide technical support related to fluid control and hydraulic systems
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fluid control product line, including hydraulic components, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Sales Material Development: Assist in the creation of sales collateral, technical documents, and product presentations to support external sales efforts
- Order Processing: Manage the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address customer inquiries and technical issues, providing solutions and escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to contribute to strategic decision-making
- Training: Conduct training sessions for external sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
