POSITION:
Operations Manager / Factory Manager





AREA:
Isando

Our client in Isando has an opportunity for an Operations / Factory Manager with the


following requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric/Grade 1
  • National Diploma in Production, Operations or Sales Management
  • Degree or Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of local roof industry
  • Minimum 1015 years' experience in operations and manufacturing
  • Minimum years' experience in a management position
  • A Mechanical/Electrical background in Roll milling operations processes and equipment is
advantageous

  • Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft packages
  • Strong labour relationships are essential
  • Knowledge of machine set up, roll settings is advantageous, as well as the respective methods
of fault finding and resolution

  • Sound understanding of Production management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skills / Attributes
