Operations Manager / Factory Manager

AREA:
Isando
Our client in Isando has an opportunity for an Operations / Factory Manager with the

following requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Matric/Grade 1
National Diploma in Production, Operations or Sales Management
Degree or Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience of local roof industry
Minimum 1015 years' experience in operations and manufacturing
Minimum years' experience in a management position
A Mechanical/Electrical background in Roll milling operations processes and equipment is

advantageous

Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft packages
Strong labour relationships are essential
Knowledge of machine set up, roll settings is advantageous, as well as the respective methods

of fault finding and resolution

Sound understanding of Production management
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of

alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
