Description

• BCom or similar accounting degree or extensive equivalent experience
• A minimum of three years relevant experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of VAT, general tax compliance and eFiling
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and accurately
• Articulate with excellent communication skills
• Ability to function under pressure and to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Computer literate with strong MS Excel skills

• General ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliation
• Daily capturing and processing of invoices
• Costing control and procurement
• Cash flow planning
• Asset register maintenance
• Debtor and creditor management
• Maintaining spreadsheets to accurately report on accounting requirements
• Assisting in annual budget preparations and year-end audit process
• Compilation of management accounts
• Any other administrative and operational duties as required
