    Description
    We are seeking a Beverage Innovator and Trainer to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for developing innovative beverage concepts and training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

    Job Description:

    As a Beverage Innovator and Trainer, you will be responsible for:

    • Conducting on-site meetings to assess infrastructure and present menu design suggestions.
    • Supporting internal and sub-distributor staff sales representatives.
    • Designing innovative uses for Liquid Concepts products.
    • Completing recipe reports, costing sheets, and menu content documents.
    • Educating customers and staff on product knowledge and benefits.
    • Demonstrating product applications on-site.
    • Capturing sales orders via various channels.
    • Developing new beverage recipes and conducting training sessions.
    • Performing regular audits for specific accounts.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with bar staff, waiters, and managers.
    • Conducting gelato training, barista basics courses, and barman basics courses.
    • Utilizing the Skynamo Sales Tool.
    • Attending workshops and experimenting with new drink concepts.
    • Communicating effectively with the team and clients.
    • Completing training forms and schedules.
    • Providing updated checklists and recipes to reps.
    • Reporting on opposition products in-store.
    • Maintaining regular contact with reps and clients.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in beverage innovation and training.
    • 5 years experience.
    • Preferably Hospitality/ restaurant background.
    • Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Knowledge of current beverage trends and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
