Description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

You will lead and manage a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer orders and production targets
Monitor production processes and ensure that quality standards are met
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth material flow
Manage and develop a team of production supervisors and operators
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve production issues and implement best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization
Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Good understanding of health and safety regulations
