Job Title:
Maintenance Technician / Supervisor

Reports to:
Operations Manager

Based at:
KZN

PURPOSE

Essential functions (in no particular order)

Maintenance

Paint work

Electrical work

Plumbing

Basic office IT Connecting staff Workstations

Connecting Printers, Raspberry Internet stations WIFI, TV's

Welding work

Driving
Courier all documents to and from our offices
Deliver promotional material to branches
Collect all municipal documents
Transport all broken equipment for repairs from branches
Transport staff/witnesses for CCMA matters
Banking of small deposit amounts
Project Management
Supervise outsourced work
Liaise with outside contractors
Acquire & compare quotes from service providers
Manage / Plan for internal and outsourced work
Health & Safety
Maintain and monitor health & safety compliance and standards.
Attend Health & safety meetings.

*Any other duty, which is deemed necessary, may be added
