Maintenance Technician / Supervisor
Reports to:
Operations Manager
Based at:
KZN
PURPOSE
Essential functions (in no particular order)
- Maintenance
Electrical work
Plumbing
Basic office IT Connecting staff Workstations
Connecting Printers, Raspberry Internet stations WIFI, TV's
Welding work
- Driving
- Courier all documents to and from our offices
- Deliver promotional material to branches
- Collect all municipal documents
- Transport all broken equipment for repairs from branches
- Transport staff/witnesses for CCMA matters
- Banking of small deposit amounts
- Project Management
- Supervise outsourced work
- Liaise with outside contractors
- Acquire & compare quotes from service providers
- Manage / Plan for internal and outsourced work
- Health & Safety
- Maintain and monitor health & safety compliance and standards.
- Attend Health & safety meetings.
Skills, knowledge and other requirements
- Friendly and helpful.

- Ability to prioritize work according to urgency
- Deadline driven and able to complete all tasks
- Ability to respond appropriately to unexpected challenges and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously & perform duties under pressure.
Requirements:
Experience and education
- Grade 12 (matric certificate required)
- A certified qualification in Electrical Engineering
- A certified qualification in Plumbing
- A basic qualification in IT and or/ experience in basic IT
- A valid code 10 driver's license
- Previous experience in a betting company
- South African ID
- South African Bank Account
- No criminal record

Salary:
R10, R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
