Description

Leading school for girls, based in PMB are looking for a Boarding House Mother to join their team in January 2024.

General duties include:

Overseeing and mentoring the boarder mistresses
Maintain close contact with parents
Take responsibility for a particular grade as allocated

Liaise with other departments in the school with regards to boarding matters

Plan for excursions of boarders transport, meals etc
Drive boarders to events and activities when necessary

We are looking for a cheerful and friendly individual that maintains a "can do" attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.

Experience working with young adults, specifically girls, would be preferable. Applicants must be in possession of their own reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's licence. A diploma or degree in Education and the ability to understand / speak isiZulu would be advantageous.
