    Description
    Job Summary: We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project and Account Manager to assist with project administration, site management, content creation, and client communication. This role involves a range of tasks, from web development prep to analytics reporting, to ensure smooth project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Website Testing & Revisions: Ensure sites meet client expectations and perform final checks before launch.

    • Website Setup & Maintenance: Handle basic site creation, exports/imports, backups, and updates.

    • Client Handovers: Update contact forms, enable CAPTCHA, update admin emails, and manage test sites.

    • Analytics Reporting: Generate and present website performance reports.

    • Project Administration: Manage project documentation, update templates, organize files, and manage briefing transcripts.

    • Client Requests & Content Management: Manage client submissions through Contentsnare, distribute content to Figma, and organize project folders.

    • Content Creation: Write blog posts and manage WordPress posts.

    • Product Checks: Oversee pricing, SKUs, images, and content updates for client products.

    • Research & Testing: Conduct research on plugins, marketing trends, and test new plugin features.

    • SEO Tasks: Assist with advanced SEO by preparing meta descriptions, keyword research, and image optimization.

    • Figma Preparation: Organize and review design elements for web development.



    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.

    • 3 years experience in a similar environment.

    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.

    • Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.

    • Efficient with a focus on streamlining processes without compromising quality.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
