• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
• Proven track record of strategic financial management and decisionmaking.

• Honours (preferred)

• CA: 10 years (required)
