- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5+ years' experience within automotive manufacturing
- Working knowledge of industry software/system advantageous
- To place weekly raw material orders with suppliers
- Track customer variation on orders that could be transmitted to our supplier base
- Expedite order using the standard transport mode
- Escalate material or suppler problems. Ensure to monitor on-time delivery
- Ensure that all import requirements are met (FCL/LCL requirements – TO's, forecasts etc)
- Review and action delivery discrepancies
- Manage excess and obsolescence management
- Engineering change management
- Work with the team on CIPs
- Cycle count control of parts at risk / needing review
- Supplier management
- Good administrative experience
- Strong computer skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Strong communicator
