    Sales and Marketing Manager for Haemodialysis

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and sales efforts of our haemodialysis portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse regional sales, competitor, and market share data to develop strategies that maximise sales potential.
    • Effectively manage resources such as budget, stock, time, systems, and sales tools to drive results.
    • Stay up-to-date with regional and national trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activity.
    • Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve regional issues in a timely manner.
    • Coach and develop the sales representatives to enhance their performance.
    • Conduct regular analysis and monthly reporting on team performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain close monitoring and develop action plans to correct underperformance and improve overall sales outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • A medical or sciences degree is essential for this role.
    • At least 3-5 years of sales experience is required, with a strong background in marketing.
    • Having previously served as a Marketing Manager is an absolute must.
