Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Green Marble Recruitment Consultants. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for formulating production programs, controlling and planning, and achieving targets.

In addition to your technical knowledge and experience, you will also be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contract managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling work throughout the plant and site

Managing general multi-projects

Liaising with contract managers daily on updates on the projects

Liaising with clients

Ordering of raw materials/components for plant equipment and labor utilisation

Set delivery schedules

Management of the mechanical engineering team

Adherence to Health and Safety requirements

Adherence to ISO standards

Adherence to any other instruction as given by the mechanical contracts manager
