    Description

    Job Description

    To ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, leading to service excellence by delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care and meeting sales and compliance targets.

    • Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, in accordance with Clicks' way of working and good pharmacy practice.
    • Manage operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, aligned with merchandising, SAPC regulations, and company standards.
    • Ensure the operational viability of the dispensary through sound financial management, focus on core targets, and effective expense management.
    • Foster competent and motivated employees, including learners and interns, through effective selection, leadership, development, and adequate staffing.
    • Implement customer service initiatives that drive customer loyalty and achieve club card participation targets.
    • Integrate the dispensary with the clinic and healthcare aisle, offering customers a comprehensive healthcare solution.
    • Leverage the Group's vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying and driving the company values.
    • Promote cohesion, consistency, and integration between store operations, pharmacy, and clinic teams.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year
    • Minimum 1 year People Management experience
    • Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC

    Education

    • Registered Pharmacist with SAPC
