Role Responsibilities:

Handling escalations from our clients IT Professionals.

Empowering / training IT Professionals.

Driving technical effectiveness by empowering the IT Professionals to achieve first-call resolution.

Providing effective problem management through root-cause analysis and problem resolution.

Improving contract efficiency through technical excellence throughout the team.

Ensuring that clients get the services they need and see the value in their solutions.

Escalating client issues and risks to the Account Manager.

Developing / documenting policies and procedures.

Collaborating with the team to build sustainable processes that meet our business needs.

Managing internal IT systems, including Hosting Servers, Cloud Servers, Microsoft 365 Tenant, IT Glue, N-Central & Autotask.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure & Microsoft 365 certifications.

Relevant Skills / Experience:

10+ years' experience in the following:
IT support experience.

Microsoft echo system implementation, administration, and support.

5+ years' experience with remote monitoring and management experience.

3+ years' experience leading an IT Support Team of 5 people or more.

Proficient in Azure Virtual Machines and Virtual Networks, as well as Platform as a Service (PaaS) for IT Pros, utilising PowerShell for automation and management.

Experience with migrating systems from on-premises to cloud environments.

Skilled in understanding and utilising the latest cloud-optimised networks, apps, and web services, including virtualization features, network management, storage capabilities, and more.

Extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks, including LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, UTM, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Exchange.

Experience in technical writing for client environment management and documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles, including network diagrams.
