Salary:
R35,000 NEG


Responsibilities include:

Team Management:
Lead the operational team with passion and dedication.

Effective Communication:
Keep everyone in the loop for smooth operations.

Exceptional Guest Experience:
Create unforgettable memories for guests.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure everyone's well-being with strict adherence to protocols.

Budget Management:
Handle finances like a pro alongside the management team.

Strategic Planning:
Keep us on track with forward-thinking strategies.

Maintenance and Operations:
Maintain high standards for the lodge and facilities.


Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years in 4/5 star hotel/lodge management.

Professional, mature, and well-presented.

Passion for nature and outdoor activities.

Own transport and valid license required.

Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and food & wine.

Strong skills in staff and guest relations.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
South African citizen or valid work permit holder.

  • No 9 to 5 mentality handson approach needed
