Our client is seeking a seasoned professional with a Diploma in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in the management and oversight of residential estate building projects.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring adherence to applicable rules and regulations, relevant building codes, and safety standards.

Your extensive background should cover the entire project cycle, from conception to completion, with a track record of successfully managing stakeholders such as developers, contractors, and architects.

A thorough understanding of SANS is crucial, and your proven expertise in building inspections, building regulations, or construction management will set you apart.

Salary:
R45 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
