You will be responsible for managing a Medirite pharmacy and, if necessary, take responsibility as the pharmacist in charge when required.

- Operational work planning, priority setting, and scheduling.
- Operational performance monitoring.
- People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing, Manage crossfunctional relationships e.g. with prescribers, suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office.
- Resolve escalated operational issues; Budget management.
LEADERSHIP
- Staffing decisions.
- Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants.
