An exciting opportunity exists at our Medirite Raslouw branch for a pharmacist.

You will be responsible for managing a Medirite pharmacy and, if necessary, take responsibility as the pharmacist in charge when required.


Key Performance Areas include:

  • Dispensing
**OPERATING RESULTS ACHIEVED THROUGH DELEGATED TASKS

  • Pharmacy administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Stock control
  • Customer service
  • Sales
  • Compliance
**MANAGEMENT

  • Operational work planning, priority setting, and scheduling.
  • Operational performance monitoring.
  • People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing, Manage crossfunctional relationships e.g. with prescribers, suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues; Budget management.

LEADERSHIP

  • Staffing decisions.
  • Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants.

  • Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation.

  • Computer literate

  • MS Office.
