We are in need of a Content Director / Creator who has exceptional experience creating and crafting content.


What you will do:


  • Excellent command of the English language
  • To work on a diverse portfolio of clients across all marketing and communication channels
  • Research topics, including gathering and sorting source and background materials
  • Conceptualise relevant content across all of the agency's clients
  • Write clear, persuasive, original and errorfree copy with proper tone, sentence structure and emotion
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, tone and style
  • Provide quality control over concepts and work and ensure that it conforms to communication or marketing strategies
  • To ensure that work is in line with the brand tone, guidelines and creative brief supplied
  • Establish copywriting direction for projects and campaigns
  • To work with agency departments to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
  • Must be confident to present ideas to colleagues and relevant decision makers
  • Ability to write, revise or redevelop content in response to internal and external feedback
  • Ability to supervise, engage with and guide team members to encourage development
  • Translate the brief and the strategic requirements into a compelling creative solution
  • To familiarise yourself with clients' products and services and create strategic and compelling content that solves clients' problems
  • Prepare content plans and editorial calendars to ensure constant content production and timely delivery

What you must have:


  • Relevant threeyear degree or diploma
  • Stay uptodate with marketing trends and best practices to execute your responsibilities and guide the team
  • Work experience as a professional copywriter in an agency
  • Proficient in MS word
  • Good research skills
  • Finely honed copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to manage your own deadlines and deliverables
  • Flair for writing imaginative, persuasive, broad and original work
  • An intimate understanding of copy and content
  • An eye for design is advantageous
  • Understand UI/UX design (advantageous)
