    HOD: Minerals Trade Non-Energy Operations

    The Head of Trade Non-Energy Operations plays a crucial role in driving business objectives and ensuring compliance with Company policies and guidelines.

    • To coordinate inspection activities (planning, executing, and controlling) with branch supervisors and commodity coordinators.
    • Monitor operational performance at each location in terms of quality and staffing.
    • Support Regional managers in project costing and budgeting.
    • Oversee fleet management and ensure adequate resources for operational efficiency.
    • Liaise with clients and provide technical support as needed.
    • Manage quality checks on reports and certificates before release.
    • Review commodity coordinator performance and provide feedback to Regional managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate inspection activities
    • Monitor operational performance
    • Support project costing
    • Oversee fleet management
    • Liaise with clients
    • Manage quality checks
    • Review coordinator performance

    Requirements:

    • National Diploma/Degree in Quality Management or Chemical Engineering
    • 5 years proven experience in related field or within the company
    • Proficiency in English (Read, Speak, Write)
