    Description

    Head of Marketing Position

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive student admissions and retention across our African schools portfolio.

    1. Create distinct messaging strategies for each school to differentiate in the market.
    2. Collaborate with schools to deliver customized communications, including newsletters and social media content.
    3. Regularly review admissions data to inform and optimize marketing activities and campaigns.
    4. Maintain and enhance our brand image and reputation across various channels.

    The successful candidate must possess:

    1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing.
    2. A University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing / Communications or a related field.
    3. Native or near native level of spoken and written English proficiency.
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Digital performance and traditional ATL campaign expertise.

    This role requires regular travel within Africa and a high level of Microsoft Office proficiency.
