Voyc is an award-winning conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring software specifically developed for financial services firms' contact centes. Voyc helps financial services companies be compliant and improve customer service by monitoring 100% of their customer interactions.

Voyc uses AI to transcribe, automatically analyse and review customer calls to identify and handle problematic interactions (customer complaints and interactions with vulnerable customers) according to regulatory requirements.

Voyc automatically identifies interactions that fail to meet regulatory compliance standards, and alerts users (supervisors and quality assurance teams) of calls that need further review and remediation.

Voyc has built strong compliance models and the cutting edge software to revolutionise the contact centre quality assurance process.

We will provide an opportunity to learn Hubspot marketing automation tools and WordPress. You will receive training in hard skills like digital marketing, lead generation, sales processes and ABM.


Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Copyedit, proofread, and revise marketing materials.
• Develop and deliver press releases, case studies, white papers, and social media content.
• Publish social media posts that reflect the brand's tone of voice and manage publication schedules

Social post engagement, shares, likes, and growth of social media channels.)

• Create campaign landing pages, run A/B tests, optimise copy, and test lead generation forms

Improve landing page engagement:
time on page, conversion to form submission)

• Manage our website make sure all content is up to date, add new pages and content.
• Assist in creating and implementing paid marketing campaigns across various social media channels.
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as promotional videos, infographics, ad creatives, website images, logos, and updating PDFs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Eye for design. Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, with familiarity in other channels such as X.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, MOZ, SEMrush (or other SEO tools) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tools.
• Creative problemsolving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ready to work in a startup environment and in a fully remote setting.
