    Job Title

    This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute value to a dynamic organization in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process weekly and monthly timesheets
    • Create employee masters in payroll software
    • Generate and maintain reports for payroll management
    • Maintain records of employee advances and deductions
    • Resolve internal queries regarding salary discrepancies
    • Prepare payslips
    • Capture and manage employee files
    • Comply with data protection regulations
    • Perform general administration duties as required by management

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • Payroll experience or relevant certification
    • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll duties
