We're looking for an integrated account director, who's looking for fresh challenges and an opportunity to join our team.


Overview, purpose and scope:


The integrated account director is responsible for the overall effective and efficient project planning, strategic alignment, implementation and management of all projects and campaigns.

The integrated account director will lead and build trusted and loyal client relationships by exceeding clients expectations, offering service excellence, and delivering cutting edge best project management practice.

KPI - Manage the effective and efficient campaign performance and strategic alignment of clients ROI and KPI measurements on allocated project/campaigns and ensure such projects are delivered to the highest standard, timeously and in budget.

This includes any and all influencer, experiential, production and or digital required execution as outlined in the campaign.
KPI - Financial management, budget control and cashflow update. Budget compliance on specific campaigns/projects and the management of profitable recovery ratios, recons and final approval of cost estimates.
KPI - Lead client service and relationship management.

Manage the overall health of the client relationship to ensure continued growth, promotion and development of new business opportunities and client satisfaction.

KPI - Lead, mentor, coach and support the effective performance and well-being of the integrated project management team in alignment to the hyh vision, values and leadership culture.

KPI - New business development and innovation opportunities.

The innovation, identification and execution of new influencer, experiential, production and or digital solutions and the promotion of new business development.


Required:

Five + years experience in TTL project management in the communications industry
Lead client relationships, building trust and value through service excellence
Deliver world-class campaign execution aligned to KPIs and ROI
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and driven by innovation and business growth
IT skills and proficiency - Advanced MS Office and Workbook Software advantageous
