    Description

    Job Title: Supervisor - Cresta Retail Store

    The role of the Supervisor involves management and administration within the Cresta store. Supervising staff to meet customer service expectations, handling AA services and products, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage banking and accounting matters, maintain budgeting system, scrutinise expenses.
    • Administer performance appraisals, manage stock losses, minimise stock ageing.
    • Coordinate Industrial Relations activities with HR and Development department.
    • Promote membership enrollments, process renewals, ensure quality customer service.
    • Prepare and forward staff movements, overtime, temporary staff remuneration schedules.
    • Resolve member complaints, work closely with Customer Administration Centre and Service Recovery Representatives.
    • Compile management reports for month-end, provide new ideas and innovations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, assistant management level.
    • Experience administering/managing POS system(s), FMCG environment.
    • Expertise in relationship building and management, retail hours flexibility.
