    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • Relevant experience as a Receptionist/front office clerk
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bilingual in English and any other South African language
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Excellent client liaison and administration skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
    • Punctual and presentable at all times
    • Clean disciplinary and criminal record

    DESCRIPTION: Ensuring seamless interactions between staff, clients, and stakeholders is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster a positive environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential for administrative tasks. Bilingual capabilities in English and an additional South African language are highly valued.
