Job Description
To formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans through managing the end to end Client Value Propositions engagement, while ensuring operational implementation of Strategic campaigns.
- Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes
- Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goals
- Establish and embed a datadriven culture throughout area of responsibility
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
- Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
- Design and implement new or cuttingedge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Develop tactical plans to drive balance growth
It will be advantageous to have related experience in CVM and Data analytics
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification:
bachelor's degree: Preferably in Finance
Economics, Maths and Statistics.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Customer value proposition, CVM or Data Analytics
