    Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Junior Production Planner to join our team.

    This role is ideal for a driven graduate with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in supply chain and production planning. No prior work experience is required, but a competitive mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management or Bachelor of Business Administration graduate.
    • No formal work experience required.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel is advantageous.
    • A background in competitive team sports during high school is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the production team to optimize efficiency through effective planning and scheduling.
    • Monitor and manage raw material availability and production flow to ensure seamless operations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impact production.
    • Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy and inform business decisions.
    • E nsure schedules align with customer demand and operational capacity to maintain high levels of service.
    • Provide administrative support to the team and contribute to reporting tasks.
