Marketing and Brand development across all brands
- Overall brand and corporate identity management
- Development and execution of the company's marketing plan
- Develop and implement strategies to sell and market our products and services
- Design and implement plans to incept, grow and develop untapped clients markets and sectors
- Conduct market research and provide company updates
- Interpret results from the market research activities, including measuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive image of the company and its' brand
- Control the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Budget management to ensure long term profitability of the company
- Develop, in conjunction with management, targets and goals annually to be reviewed on a monthly basis for achievement
- Review current database of clients (present and past) and develop a contact plan for future business growth
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Establishing and maintaining profitable relationships to create customer delight
- Provide management with input and feedback on market trends and changes
Operational
- Construct an integrated marketing programme that delivers superior value
- Marketing support for project team
- Internal event support
- Servicing of new collateral and branded items
Budget management
- Budget development and control, in conjunction with Finance
- Effective management and control of expenses
- Long term maximization of profitability
- Capture value from customers to create profits and customer equity
Communications and Advertising
- Develop proposed plan for creating a unique and differentiated social media marketing plans
- Development and management of digital strategy
- Implementation of all marketing communications activities including: Public Relations; Advertising; Corporate Communications; Events Marketing; Websites, Intranet and Electronic Communications; Internal Communications
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

Salary:
R20 000,00 per month

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
