Store Manager

  • Windhoek R20 000R25000 (if you are from Windhoek and looking to relocate back this is the perfect job provided you have the experience my client is looking for)
  • Ensuring the profitability of the store
  • Proactive & able to be involved in the entire functioning of the shop
- all aspects of staff management, training and development and discipline

  • Liaising with publishers
  • Managing instore and external events
  • Managing school, library & corporate relationships and business
  • Cash control / General Administration / Stock Management & stock buying
  • Implementing operating procedures
  • Asset Management
  • System Integrity
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and /or Sundays, evenings, overtime as per the store requirements
Knowledge


Skills:


  • Previous supervisory experience preferable
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of retail management principles
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to handle conflict
  • Extensive retail management
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Store related administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
R20, R25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Retail: 5 years (required)
