    • Escalation Management: Handle high-priority requests or issue escalations as needed, providing trusted advice to key accounts and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in software sales and business development.
    • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite.
    • Demonstrated expertise in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent skills in listening, negotiation, and presentation.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
