    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of retail store buildouts from concept to completion, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion within specifications.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of retail construction projects.
    • Maintain adherence to project specifications, brand standards, and quality requirements throughout the buildout process.
    • Review design and construction documents for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they arise.
    • Oversight of material procurement, equipment, and services required for the buildout, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
    • Regular site visits to monitor progress, address quality control, and resolve any arising challenges or delays in the project timeline.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges or delays in the project timeline while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
    • Track project milestones and report regularly to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
    • Oversee project budget and costs, implementing measures to maintain high-quality standards while controlling expenses.
    • Ensure a smooth handover of completed retail stores to operations teams, complete with all necessary documentation and operational processes in place.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail construction, retail buildouts, or similar fields, with a strong understanding of retail design, construction processes, and project management principles.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality results, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Solid knowledge of construction management software, project management tools (Revit and AutoCAD), and industry best practices.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as navigating complex projects while maintaining focus on timelines and budget.
    • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to various retail sites as needed, supporting team members in their roles and responsibilities.
