- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology;
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR generalist in a unionised environment;
- Thorough knowledge of South African Labour Legislation;
- A valid driver's license;
- Excellent communication and language skills in English and Afrikaans, with proficiency in IsiXhosa being beneficial;
- Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, organisational development, Human Resources Analytics, employee relations, and IR issues;
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Capacity for innovative thinking;
- Delivery of generic human resources related services;
- Implementation and advice on Performance Management Systems;
- Providing sound industrial relations advice;
- Implementation of organisational development projects;
- Coordinating and advising on recruitment processes;
- Coordination of personnel administration;
- Providing advice on occupational health and safety matters;
