    We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our Clients' growing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

    Qualifications:
    • High school matriculation required.
    • Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
    • 3-5 years' experience in production, customer service, sales, or office administration.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Friendly and professional disposition with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
    • Basic understanding of design principles may be advantageous.
