Purpose of the Job:


Key Performance Areas:


  • Contribute towards the review/development, implementation and maintenance of the organisational development
strategy.

  • Proactively analyse organisational needs through client interaction and propose a variety of initiatives to meet
client's needs.

  • In consultation with client departments, responsible for optimisation of organisational structures and
processes.

  • Provide change management support and advisory services across the organization.
  • Develop change management capabilities across the organisation in support of the FSCA strategy.
  • Support team effectiveness interventions or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of the teams.
  • In partnership with all stakeholders, implement tactics and initiatives that enable all employees to engage and
align to the espoused organizational culture.

  • Engage with stakeholders to create awareness pertaining to the importance of surveys and other applicable
diagnostic tools.

  • In partnership with the human capital business partners, support the development and implementation of monitoring
systems for Divisions or Departments' organisation design, employee engagement and culture action plans as well

as other related initiatives.

  • Build and maintain positive and valueadding relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on OD interventions.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Human Resources field, of which 3 years must have been in the Organisational Development and Change Management field.
