Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Prepare schedules, agenda, meeting materials
Types minutes for various meetings
Maintains the Directors diary (co-ordinates, arranges and confirms meetings and travel details)
Screen calls, manage confidential information and handle issues with discretion

Assist with other responsibilities such as events planning; ordering of stationery; ordering of refreshments; booking of flights and accommodation and processing of expense claims.

Assist with Marketing and CRM functions

2-3 yeas experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to problem solve
Strong admin skills
