MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the business with organisational effectiveness services that attract, develop, retain talent and buildcritical skills and capabilities for the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Design and delivery of initiatives that amplify the positive and consistent employee experience, engagementand inclusion

Develop and facilitate interventions with managers to drive culture and employee experience imperatives

Provide specialist organisational behaviour and change leadership input to prioritised functional areainitiatives and enterprise projects

Design, pilot and implement organisation wide client experience & change enablement interventions

Development, implementation and maintenance of the on-boarding/ probation management and orientationprocess

Design / source and run organisational surveys

Provide specialised team facilitation or conflict mediation, when required

Provide input and support to the development, implementation and maintenance of talent management processes and related systems/initiatives

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Honours degree relevant to Industrial / Organisational Psychology

DESIRED EDUCATION:
Masters in Industrial / Organisational Psychology

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Organisational Effectiveness or similar relevant role

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with employee experience and culture enablement processes
