_ Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an Experienced Ford Workshop Service Advisor, to join their team in the Dolphin Coast - KwaZulu - Natal._

_Salary:
Basic Salary (Dependant on experience) and Medical Contribution Provident Fund_

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

Must have experience on the following programs:
Pinnacle and BSI and Evolve.
MS Packages
Must read / write & speak English.

EXPERIENCE:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Must be ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Duties include but not limited to:
Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
Up selling of other products.
Maintaining a CSI of 95%.
