    Description

    Our client, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Safety Training, is seeking experienced Facilitators (Assessors) to join their expanding Training Department.

    The successful candidates will be based in Midrand initially but will also have opportunities to work in Durban, Cape Town, George, and Port Elizabeth as the business grows.

    Key Requirements

    • Registration as an ETDP Seta Assessor, with accreditation in Unit Standards such as HWSeta or TETA.
    • Accreditation as an Assessor/Moderator for US's including 252250, 259622, 119567, 13691, 376480.
    • TETA accreditation as an Assessor/Moderator for US's including 242974, 242972, 116231, 116235, 242981, 123259.

    Essential Qualifications and Experience

    • NQF Level 5 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years' practical experience in the OHS discipline.
    • Registration with a recognized OHS professional body.

    Desirable Skills and Attributes

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one other official SA language.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Professionalism.

    Working Conditions

    • Facilitator-Learner ratio of 1:15.
    • Will to travel.
    • Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
