We are seeking a skilled Shopper to join our team at OneCart. As a personal concierge shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by offering guidance and recommendations.
2. Order Fulfillment: Support customers by processing orders and making payments in person.
3. Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer complaints and requests, ensuring timely resolution and exceeding expectations.
4. Product Information: Provide customers with information on suitable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
5. Reporting: Notify Management of customer issues, supply shortages, and inferior products in a timely manner.
6. Special Instructions: Ensure that any special instructions given by customers are followed accurately.
7. Order Accuracy: Verify that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed.
8. Order Collection: Assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment as needed.
9. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and availability.
10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
11. Prioritization: Effectively manage priorities to achieve all deliverables.
12. Safety and Compliance: Follow lawful and reasonable instructions from your supervisor and adhere to company values.

Requirements:

1. Education: Matric certification is required.
2. Location: Must be based in the area or closer.
3. Language: Fluent English language skills are essential.
4. Typing Skills: Ability to type full sentences is necessary.
