    Duties & Responsibilities

    To effectively manage customer accounts, including orders, queries, quotes, and deliveries, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded. Present the company's solutions and services to prospects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
    2. Exceed targets for turnover and meet those set by Fawkes Thermal Manufacturing.
    3. Manage all aspects of customer activities, maintaining customer accounts, and driving customer service excellence in assigned regions.
    4. Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-based approaches.
    5. Generate additional business through customer acquisition aligned with company objectives.
    6. Acquire referrals and engage in networking activities.
    7. Grow customer accounts in terms of order volume and frequency.
    8. Manage customers from acquisition to maintenance and growth, emphasizing attention to detail.
    9. Analyze opportunities for additional business and maintain contact with potential leads.
    10. Maintain and develop relationships with alternate suppliers and arrange joint presentations, workshops, and educational activities.

    Responsibilities also include:

    Building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels within the customer company. Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.

    Administrative Activities: Generate effective account status and visit reports. Attend weekly status meetings and provide feedback. Draft and submit review documents for accounts, including quotes, orders, production, and product delivery. Audit and quality control new orders. Travel nationally when required or requested to do so. Attend sales and production meetings, customer and supplier meetings, and plan personal sales strategy.

    Additionally:

    Fully understand the company's systems and processes, managing day-to-day activity relating to customer accounts. Take full responsibility/ownership and accountability for sale and customer satisfaction and service delivery within the assigned customer base. Proactively address customer needs, taking ownership of customer queries, issues, and complaints.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    An engineering degree is advantageous but not required. Technical sales experience of no less than two years is required, along with the ability to travel and possession of a reliable vehicle.

    Package & Remuneration

    A competitive salary package, including commission structure, petrol allowance, company cellphone, and laptop, will be negotiated during interview.
