    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to work with our business and projects to identify areas where complex business processes and performance can be developed or improved.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Define the scope and estimations for process initiatives.
    2. Plan process deliverables based on relevant project delivery method.
    3. Work with business stakeholders to prioritise process work.
    4. Design and execute process improvement initiatives.
    5. Conduct As Is and To Be discovery, analysis and design using relevant analysis techniques.
    6. Engage with business on strategic initiatives which require process improvement.
    7. Consult with senior stakeholders across clusters.
    8. Built business case to demonstrate business value & calculate ROI for business stakeholders.
    9. Define and analyse value chains (cross functional process mapping).
    10. Link business strategy to process architecture.
    11. Understand process improvement & Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
    12. Understand advanced process measurement (tying value chain processes to corporate performance metrics).
    13. Develop process measurement analytics.
    14. Ensure successful implementation of processes.
    15. Streamline process and workflow, resolve problems and manage change.
    16. Use BPM related tools including project planning and tracking.
    17. Manage information capture in BPM tools and review models for compliance with standards.
    18. Work with data architects to define dataflow and interface needs.
    19. Apply big data concepts for research, customer experience management and information mining.
    20. Stay current with emerging technology landscape and its application in BPM context.
    21. Understand regulatory and compliance drivers within customer domain.
    22. Apply Nedbank process methods and practices on process initiatives.
    23. Establish boundaries and predictions for process-related tasks.
    24. Predict process outcomes based on appropriate project delivery approach.
    25. Identify potential enhancements and develop business case for automation.
    26. Implement process enhancement strategies.
    27. Promote automation using BPMS and RPA tools.
    28. Set out Nedbank's process techniques and practices on process task.
    29. Guide process engineering groups working on various projects.
    30. Establish new BPM process structures.

    Requirements:

    1. NQF Level: Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification.
    2. Qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology is essential.
    3. Certifications: CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt, and BPMN.

    Experience:

    5 Years + experience as a Process Engineer working in an Agile environment.

    Exposure:

    • Proficiency in BPM, Change Management, ARIS, BPMN and other methods that are part of a collaborative team.
    • Leadership on small-to-medium process and performance improvement engagements.

    Skills:
