Description
CORPORATE BUSINESS SECURITY requires a Sales Administrator to participate and to maintain current and establish new structures within: Sales, Systems and Processes.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Administrator, is to participate in the day to day business sales activities and operational requirements.
Participation will ensure that both sales admin and sales processes are completed in accordance with the set policies and procedures.
Provide customer service (internal customers) and (external customers) and work with other team members (admin) and (technical) to conduct Sales Administrative activities.
CONTRIBUTION OF ROLE
- Daily interaction with customers, management and technical team to produce quotes and streamline sales administration processes.
- Ensure that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
- Support incoming enquiries, coordinate client meetings and support contract preparation.
- Quotations as per request.
- Implement ways of maintaining relationships with all current and past clients.
- Maintain, enhance and keep up to date all aspects of the web site.
- Actively support the preparation of promotions, exhibition events, road shows Etc. to attract new clients.
- Maintain and enhance the customer relationship management (CRM) database Goldmine.
- Continually review and improve company sales literature, company sales presentations and advertising material.
- Contact and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Create new business leads and organise follow up activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric/equivalent, Tertiary Qualification Sales and or Business Management or Similar advantageous.
- Computer Proficient User, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Excellent Admin and Process Skills
- Ensure that the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years' experience in a Sales role with a sound understanding of sales admin and operational processes.
