Job Overview

To oversee the administration and integration of leasing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income and planned occupancy levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversight of leasing functions to enhance tenant satisfaction within established limits and conditions.
Maintenance of accurate records and databases for prospects, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
Negotiation and management of leases, including renewal and amendment processes.
Development and implementation of strategies to increase tenant occupancy and maximize revenue.
Analysis and evaluation of market trends, competitor pricing, and other factors affecting leasing operations.
Preparation and submission of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Liaison with brokers, landlords, and other stakeholders to facilitate leasing transactions.
Resolution of leasing-related queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration with property managers to achieve business objectives and improve overall property performance.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or equivalent.
Relevant diploma or degree in a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leasing or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leasing position.

Package & Remuneration

R350 000 - R450 000 per annum.
