Description

We are a medium sized UK based swim school and are looking to expand our Office here in South Africa by having an outgoing and determined self-starter join our team.

We run a personalized service that is focused on the whole family as we offer a variety of swimming lessons, i.e.

baby, toddler, after school, squad (for advanced swimmers) as well as adults.

We have been fortunate to build a great team of teachers and an amazing admin office, which operates in Bloubergstrand.

Should you be successful, you will become part of the CSS Team.

Critical Competencies:

Intermediate PC, Internet and MS Office experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Customer Service focussed
Basic finance acumen
Adaptable and eager to learn with a strong interest in sales
Sales driven with the ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Previous database experience would be advantageous
Independent selfstarter
Team Player

We are a passionate bunch, who love what we do We believe in working hard and playing hard, which is reflected in how we manage our swimming team

This is a permanent full-time role which will run from a Friday to a Tuesday, as we offer our services 7 days a week.

Although this role is office based, there will be opportunities for working from home so do ensure you are able to do that, considering that loadshedding is here to stay

CSS Management

Salary:
R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Salesforce: 3 years (preferred)
