Description
Minimum Matric qualificationAt least one year administrative and reception experience
Computer literate on Excel
Valid drivers License is essential
Must be fully vaccinated - this is not negotiable
Answering telephones
Reception and frontline duties
Liaise with Clients when required
Schedule Appointments and conference meetings
Collating, Filing, scanning and Archiving of Documentation
Storeroom Management
Preparing of files and opening new files
Updating of various applicable databases
Prepare files for the Senior Analyst
Assist Managers with admin and office tasks
Completing Application forms
Prepare correspondence & documents
General administration duties
