Seeking a dynamic IT SOX Specialist to join a diverse group of individuals working together in a fast-paced high impact environment.

You will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of IT controls across the Group. You will have strong technical skills identifying risks and issues and develop pragmatic solutions for the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with Tech stakeholders and explain requirements
  • Develop and maintain scoping of IT systems for ICFR (SOX)
  • Facilitate external and Internal IT audit
  • Collect Control evidence from control owners and communicating issues
  • Initiate policies review and leading standardisation of policies across segments
  • Produce requirements documentation in a format that stakeholders understand
  • Monitor controls execution dashboards and followup with control owners
  • Update IT control matrices
  • Implement IT controls for new significant system
  • Develop recommendations and remediations plans and communicate them to key stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Degree qualification in a relevant field
  • IT Audit relevant certification (CISA, CISSP, CIA)
years' experience of IT Audit or similar roles in SOX environment

  • Proven experience in IT General Controls (ITGC)
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Access, Tableau or similar
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of accounting standards is advantageous
