Description
We are looking for an IT Technician with to provide 3rd line Support, have extensive knowledge in Desktop and Network support.
This person will work from our Pretoria office to support clients.Own vehicle is essential, will be reimbursed for using your own vehicle.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- 23 years' experience in similar environment
- Qualification in MCSE, A+ or similar Duties (Advantage)
- Extensive experience in Desktop support on Microsoft based systems
- Microsoft server support, very limited required
- Active Directory knowledge and Basic understanding
- Network, Hardware and software support
- DNS, DHCP and very important to understand IP
- Printing support
- Firewalls very limited required
- Good communicator
- Presentable and professional (will be interacting with external clients)
- Dependable and accountable
- Fluent in English (written and orally)
