Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of support consultants as well as a pool of student assistants.
- Recruiting, coaching and motivating staff.
- Planning and prioritizing team activities.
- Ensuring excellent levels of service through daily operations that meet service level agreement targets.
- Managing projects
- Ensuring communication and collaboration with customers, endusers and other IT staff.
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification NQF 6 or higher.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in an ICT or AV environment at a managerial level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service, IT technologies, and audiovisual technologies.
- Project management experience.
- Expenditure control experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Planning, prioritization problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Capacity to contribute effectively and creatively to a team
Salary:
R711, R812,389.00 per year
