Description

Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of support consultants as well as a pool of student assistants.
  • Recruiting, coaching and motivating staff.
  • Planning and prioritizing team activities.
  • Ensuring excellent levels of service through daily operations that meet service level agreement targets.
  • Managing projects
  • Ensuring communication and collaboration with customers, endusers and other IT staff.

Requirements:


  • A relevant tertiary qualification NQF 6 or higher.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in an ICT or AV environment at a managerial level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service, IT technologies, and audiovisual technologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Expenditure control experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Planning, prioritization problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Capacity to contribute effectively and creatively to a team

Salary:
R711, R812,389.00 per year
