Junior Student Advisor - Cape Town, South Africa - Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology

The Position:
This sale role includes both a fixed monthly basic salary as well as commission earnings. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Experience:
- Call Centre experience is required
- At least 1 year sales experience is required
- Customer relationship, and/or Higher education exposure and experience will be advantageous.
Other requirements:
- Able to work weekends (Saturdays)
- Execute predetermined presentations
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and facilitate lead generation activities which includes, but is not limited to: School presentations (class and grade), events and exhibitions
- Engage prospects and match qualification to the potential student's interest
- Data entry and maintenance of database and pipelines
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions, log activities and update sales stats
- Achieving sales target, minimum registrations and various KPIs
- Setting appointments and engaging in consultations, campus tours and similar
Accountabilities Include:
- Volumes
- Calls, appointments and school bookings
- School, exhibition and career fair attendances and presentations
- Timeous, quality, accuracy and completeness of information
- Duration and outcomes (of various interactions across various platforms)
- Enrollment headcount and revenue generated
- Cross mode / qualification / campus / sales and activity volumes
- Level of product knowledge
- Systems adoption and utilization
